Each summer, we need a dynamic staff of young adults who reflect strong Christian values to run camp programs and mentor campers of all ages. If you are a strong Christian with high energy and an upbeat attitude who loves working with kids and adults, we encourage you to apply today! This is an amazing opportunity to grow in your faith, develop interpersonal and leadership skills, and make a difference in the life of a child. 

Counselor/CIT

Counselors spend their days with the campers, as a hands-on presence in every activity. Whether it’s tie-dying your own shirt right next to your campers, steering the canoe for them, or letting them win gaga ball (occasionally), you’ll be there for all the moments that camp brings. 
You will be the first person your camper asks questions of, whether they’re about what’s for dinner or about what we discussed in Bible Study. Are you ready?

Kitchen Staff

Camp can’t happen without FOOD! Kitchen workers need to be at least 16, and there are some restrictions on what food prep you can do. But this is a great way to learn some cooking skills, work shifts, and you don’t have to sleep at camp. If you love camp but aren’t sure about working with kids, make pancakes instead. Everyone loves the pancake people!

Support Staff

It takes a team to make camp happen. Some of those team members are singing silly songs at the front of a crowd and some of them are quietly prepping the day’s crafts, taking photos, assisting in facilities, and generally making sure the ship runs smoothly all summer long. If you’re a “lead from behind” kind of person, support staff might be the right position for you.

Staff training is mandatory for all counselors. Applicants who are not available for this week will not be considered for counselor positions. CITs and support staff are *not* generally required to attend staff training, although some may be asked to work this week.
