About Inspiration Hills

Inspiration Hills Camp is one of the many ministries of the  Northern Ohio District Church of the Brethren where kids and adults of all ages can come to know Christ and follow him.  What makes it a unique ministry of the district is that it reaches beyond the doors of our churches and congregations and touches communities and the lives of people who have never gone to church!

We minister year round with Outdoor Education, school retreats, scrap-booking retreats, quilting retreats, camping for Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts, weddings, birthday parties, youth events, and church retreats for many denominations.

Mission Statement:
Inspiration Hills is a set-apart place to encourage awareness of the interdependence of ourselves, nature and God in a community setting.

Join our Summer Staff

Each summer, we need a dynamic staff to help our camp programs run smoothly. We welcome energetic individuals who are great with kids, love the outdoors, and open to learning new things. Our summer staff goes through staff training at the end of May, and finishes with the last camp in early August.

Counselors must be at least 18 years old. If not quite 18, we also have Counselor-in-Training (CIT) positions available. CITs must attend a training session on May 12-13.

Interested? Contact the camp office for an application!

Interested in Volunteering?

We could never accomplish as much as we do each year without our many dedicated volunteers! For some, they just can’t seem to get the camp bug out of their system, even after their last year as a camper. Our volunteers love to help our ministry grow!

There are many ways to get involved at Inspirations Hills, such as:
• Camp Chaplain • Building and grounds upkeep • Church representatives • Guest speakers • Camp Advisory Committee • Annual Fundraising Dinner • Fall Festival and Chicken BBQ • Hog Roast • Retreat advisers • and much more!

Have questions or want to volunteer? Please contact the camp office for more information.
