Looking for adventure?  We have something for you!  You can choose to rough it at Inspiration Hills or head offsite with your bike to Pennsylvania or southern Ohio.  Space is limited, so please sign up early to reserve your spot.  Campers who wish to participate in an offsite camp will be required to attend a parent/camper meeting prior to the camp date.   Lists of supplies and equipment will be sent with your registration confirmation.




Wilderness Camp 2011

July 17-22

Chaplains: TBA

Completed Grades 8-12, minimum age 13

Check-In: Sunday at 6:30pm

Pick-Up: Following the 6:00pm cookout Friday evening,

final departure no later than 8:00 pm.

Cost: $270 ($240 if before April 15th*)





Bike Camp 2011


This camp will be an off-site bike trip that will be combined with two other Church of the Brethren camps, Camp Mack (Indiana) and Camp Mardela (Maryland).  Bikers will spend their week riding the beautiful Rails to Trails of the Allegheny Passage near Ohiopyle, Pennsylvania and paddling the white water of the Youghiogheny River. Evening activities include outdoor cooking, Bible studies, and worship around campfire. Campers provide the bike, helmet, and sunscreen, we will provide the rest.


Pre-camp bike riding time is a requirement of this camp.  Limited space is available; we will accept the first 8 campers


July 10-15

Intergenerational Bike Camp 2011


Come be a part of this family-oriented biking event. Our group of campers will depart from Inspiration Hills Camp on Wednesday afternoon and set up an offsite camp at the fairgrounds in Xenia, Ohio. Biking is centered in Greene County, Ohio. The tour utilizes the nationally recognized, award-winning rail-to-trail system and their adjacent communities, with different trails featured each day.


Please note that this ride is for families ages 13 and up, and ALL minors MUST be accompanied by an adult.


July 13-17

There will be an additional $20 fee for registrations postmarked after July 1, 2011. Rider registrant fees include a tent campsite, bathing facilities, ride support, breakfast every morning, Thursday night meal and evening entertainment for the number of nights registered. Fees for 3 and 4 day riders include one t-shirt per paid registration and a Century Ride Award, should you choose to accept the challenge. Non-rider fees include ONLY tent camping and evening activities provided by Greene Trails Cycling Classic.

*Please note for planning purposes that we have moved the “early registration deadline” to April 15, 2011, so that we can process registrations and send out camper information packets by May 30, 2011.
